Hello i have a question how long is the warranty on the phone at o2?

Actually seems to have solved another issue I was having - when exiting the building after work it would take an age to get a mobile data signal.
Since the change I've not had this issue.
No clue if this is related to the boot loop or a factory reset on the old device would have sorted it though...

I would imagine they do a basic check for common issues before they send it back to people but it's good both issues got sorted at the same time!
