voice mail abroad

Is there a way I can access voice mail abroad over wifi. Or a cheaper way than normal connection fee from abroad?

Yes TuGo will do it for you. Voicemail will come out of your inclusive minutes. I'm on the same legacy tariff and use it all the time in Thailand.
