I've just upgraded and in the deal am meant to get an extra 100 for my old phone with recycle. I've had the first payment but not the extra 100 does anyone know how long this takes to come through? Thanks

I believe you will receive it soon. Things are running slow lately due to the current issue and system doesn't work as fast like first. But I hope you understand. Give them some time to process it

O2 Recycle are closed due to the pandemic. I suspect you will need to contact O2 when services start to operate as normal.

Not what you wanted to hear but that's what's happening.

 

However, Customer services are open again tomorrow at 10am, you could try a call then.
