Hi
I have recieved my new phone today but my new sim card is not working can i activate this on line?
I have gone from a basic phone with a normal sim card to a Windows phonw where i have now got a smaller sim card.
Im no good with tech

No you need to contact o2 to get the sim activated you could try live chat
