Hi, i was hoping someone could help me. I have been unable to view my data allowance i have left because i have had an error for the past week. Live chat "advisors" don't have a clue what they are talking about so i thought i'd ask some people who perhaps speak english.
So i was wondering what the problem is because so far no one has been able to help me.

Circumvent Live Chat and speak to Customer Services regarding your account.
202 for contract customers or 4445 for payg from your mobile.
Live Chat are ok for low level general enquiries.
