I received a text from 02 with a code to change my password, i did not authorise this. Could someone advise me on the next steps i should take. I have already changed my security questions etc.

Are you pay monthly or payg ? I would contact o2 202 pay monthly or 4445 and ask if anbody has made a purchase etc.
Could be harmless mistake or a major issue

pay monthly. well i logged into my account i dont see any purchases etc. it might be a mistake but i will phone 02 when i can.
