Solved: Can't access voicemail - phone number invalid!

I have a voicemail message but when I called the voicemail service it asks me to enter my phone number (shouldn't it know it?) and then tells me the number is invalid! I've double checked and the number I am putting in is my number. Is there something I should be doing different?

Try via 901 that should work fine

That's the voicemail number for Orange. You need to change the default on your phone to 901 so you can use key 1 for direct access.
