Hi can someone please help me, i lost my phone(samsung galaxy s2) sim an everythin!! i reported it lost an its been switched off an o2 have sent me a new sim, but i need to activate it, i have borrowed a phone off a friend, an experia, which is on o2, put the sim in but i cant do anything make calls txts nothing, its saying out of service area, i cant receive the txt from o2 to do the sim swap thing, im totally stuck an aint got a clue wat to do
