sending my PDF monthly bill as an attachment

Hello there,

I am on a monthly O2 tarif and purchased my Samsung mini S3 through 'mobilephones.co.uk' online with a redemption offer if I send them selected monthy bills.  I and they would prefer it if I sent them by email.  However, when I try to save it then open it, it is unavailable to open, suggesting that I switch to a browser that will support it.  I am confused as I am already with Google Chrome, a compatible browser. Also, it is in a PDF format, so not sure why I have to have a browser open anyway.

Has anyone else experienced this?  Many thanks,

Jennifer

Hi,

Certainly a weird one.

I use Yahoo mail which allows easy insertion of attachments.

What e mail client are you using ?

Do you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed? This is a free download and lets you view PDF documents:
