repair tracking service is down

My phone went off for a repair earlier this week.  I want to check progress but th esite sppears to be down

I haven't personally. I thought they all started with MS....?? Hopefully, someone will confirm. @Anonymous

I'd guess it's an order generated by repairs.....

@Cleoriff. That is what the CS agent said when I queried it. Got a text at about 4:30pm to advise that your o2 order R1175705 will be delivered Thursday. There is a link to the UKMail courier website where you can track your consignment.

Also never got an email regarding dispatch of device as advised by Repair Centre or what make & model is being sent.

Obviously as @MI5 says it's an order number generated by Repairs. As for what it is....I guess it's a wait and see scenario now then?

Exactly. Scheduled to be delivered tomorrow sometime. Let's see what they will have sent......
