repair tracking service is down

My phone went off for a repair earlier this week.  I want to check progress but th esite sppears to be down

Just to give you all an update. Link still not working. Just spoke to O2 Repairs and my device has been BER (beyond economical repair). They are sending my device back and have asked me to speak to CS or my local o2 store for next step.

@MI5. They said that the main board was completely gone and this would cost more to repair than the value of the device.

Then o2 need to replace the device for you as you are covered by warranty.

Just had an interesting conversation with my local store who advised that o2 Repair should be sending me a new device, but Repairs have told me to go to CS or store. O2 Repairs are now closed so next try CS. What a pallava.

Update........Online chat with CS and online repair team and they confirmed store have to arrange for a new/replacement device. Don't think o2 stock LG G4's anymore. Happy days....

G4 and G5 have both been withdrawn now I think due to the problems you've had with yours.
Z5 or S7 are possible equivalents.

Just spoke to my local store and the o2 guru I handed my phone into is going to speak to o2 Repairs tomorrow morning and I have advised that I will be in tomorrow. Lets wait & see what happens. I have explained that the whole scenario has been a shambles from the start as link for track my repair don't work and I have been doing all the ringing around to get answers. Gentleman on phone was understanding and I did say that it wasn't personally directed at him but it is just the process that needs to be looked at and redesigned by o2.
