repair tracking service is down

My phone went off for a repair earlier this week.  I want to check progress but th esite sppears to be down

Oh wait, it won't work....

Because over the phone registers a repair on this system but stores still book in on old system....

Perhaps it best for O2 to get all agents singing from the same hymn sheet instead of having 2 separate databases for repairs.

Surely all repairs should be booked on only one system?
Why not just align both systems?
