phone not arriving

i ordered a phone around 11pm on saturday night and got next day delivery however its not wendesday 

(new years day) and the phone still hasnt arrived yesterday i had an email saying that it would arrive tht day and it didnt and i seem to have accidently deleted that emai. i think they have already taken payment and i dont know what to do because i dont know when its going to arrive.does anyone know what i should do please?

Any deleted emails should go to you bin and stay there until deleted.

That email should contain tracking details http://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-and-devices/how-to-track-your-order#qs which will be shown in the recent orders in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
