If the status on repair states out of warranty and quotation when it is in warranty will I i get charged for repair or will the repair service see it is in warranty? Will I have to call o2 or go back into store I booked it through?

You'll need to contact Anovo directly and ask them to check the warranty status and confirm to you it's covered.

OOW means you have to pay - they have deemed the repair not covered by warranty, such as been dropped or water damaged for example.
This may or may not be the truth though as we do hear reports of this from O2's repairers where we are told that the claim should have been covered.

The phone is still under warranty and the repair request is for the same issue I had with it when sent for repair just before Xmas last year and it was fixed free but the fact the lady in store has falsely wrote 'out of warranty' will I i get charged or will they be able to see it's under warranty and covered? or do they go by what's on receipt?
