Off to Dublin in a few days, first time using o2 Travel, am I right in saying all I need to do is enable Roaming on my iPhone (already have o2 Travel Bolt-on). Also I will use Tu Go so I assume make sure 3G is enabled within the App? Any info apprecaited, Cheers.

Hope I'm not too late replying. I've used O2 Travel in Dublin when I went there few months ago, and the speeds were absolute crap. Nowhere near acceptable for anything but email/messaging and basic web browsing. Was receiving/sending text messages via TuGo, but could forget making TuGo calls via the data network cause of speeds. I also use a certain Voip provider for calling abroad, and this one did not work plain and simple, would not even connect (I suspect there might be some sor of traffic shaping with this one).
So there you go. If you're already in Dublin and using O2 Travel, could you share your own experience with the service, please?

Well i'm here and yes early signs, past few hours, are that traffic shaping does indeed exist on o2 Travel within Dublin, max speed is 0.3Mbps which is a shame especially when i'm connected to o2.ie assuming there are the same company?! I would understand if I was connected to a different provider! Will keep posted over next couple of days.
