o2 Open won't let me register

NOTE: I've been trying this for a week, so it's not the 24 hour restriction.

I'm NHS staff and Open will not take my NHS email address (it says it's not recognised as a work email) and when I try to upload a payslip, the page says that an error has occured.

I have tried this on laptops, iPad and my phone and the same outcome happens.

Anyone any ideas? Customer service just hangs up on me because I'm not reporting a phone stolen, which is... Not the most helpful.

Try any of the numbers here to call on and say anything to get put through Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

The one ending in 4005 is best to try first.
