There is no network coverage in Bicester for calls. I've tried turning off and on again bit still no way to make a call. I'm paying for a service I can't use. I want compensation from O2. Any idea how I can contact them to do that?

I realise I signed an agreement. However I believe there is protection for retail customers that overrides contractual terms to ensure inalienable rights aren't accidentally signed away.

A network breakdown is nothing to do with any rights you may have and is unforeseeable.

If you are without coverage for an unreasonable amount of time then you might want to go down the complaint  route The best you can expect is a small credit reflected in the number of days without service.
