Bought a sim card a week ago and it came with 6 months free Netflix but cannot get it to sign in says my number is not eligible any ideas

There have been problems activating this Netflix offer. I will tag our community manager @Martin-O2 as he has helped others having the same problem..

Problems claiming tablets,Netflix, data etc......live chat seems to have been closed down for Christmas and New Year! Pathetic.

@Welshmabinogion There's currently an issue with the Netflix offer that's affecting a number of customers. A fix is being worked on but unfortunately I don't have an ETA at this point. We'll make an announcement as soon as we have news!

We've just received confirmation that the website redemption issue should be fixed now. Can you please try again if you haven't already and let us know if you're still having issues with this or if it goes through ok now?
