l have given my details to a scam Royal Mail text.
l was expecting a parcel or l would not have done it.
The trouble is l put my name address date of birth and mobile number l
know l am a idiot but l am very worried now.
And don't know what l should do.

The first thing to do is ensure all your passwords are changed.
I would also contact your bank if you added any payment details.
Also forward the text to 7726 which will help o2 and Royal Mail deal with these scammers.
Also keep an eye on your credit report to see if anyone tries to take out any accounts in your name.
Also look at reporting on actionfraud.police.uk
