I pre-ordered a galaxy note 7 2 days ago
They sent me emails confirming my order and giving me my order number
But everytime I go on My o2 I have nothing there to track
So then I went on that live chat thing and they told me my order has been cancelled.
I did not cancel my order so who the [Removed] did and why the [Removed] was I not notified as soon as they decided to cancel my order?

"Unprecedented" means has never occurred before.

In O2's case it has occurred before......many times as proved by posts on this Community.

And no doubt it has occurred before with Samsung phones as they are one of, if not the, most popular Android phone.

Perhaps spending some money on market research would help phone and network companies to better understand the market they are serving.

Seeing as you couldn't get the 5 and the 6 was missed out why on earth were Samsung not prepared for demand?

Hi Toby. I pre-ordered the Note 7 on the 19th and signed the Credit Agreement on the same day. I checked with CS on the 22nd and they confirmed my order was accepted. So, was I in time for the promotion? I am guessing not as I have not received my new phone yet.
Lover of all things Samsung. Currently using Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus 128gb
