I have Samsung Galaxy Watch LTE (not bluetooth) and I want to use it in O2 I could calling or receiving masseges even if i left my phone at home when I was in EE is it possible the same in O2 with my old watch?

It's different technology that O2 can't support currently.

They say they will expand their device compatibility, but don't say to what or when.

but O2 have got esim for apple watch so why its not working with samsung device?

EE have got it so why not O2? Do you know other operators with esim for samsung?
