Hello all, I am trying to log into the Disney+ app on my Sky Q box but it keeps telling me it does not recognise the email address. I have checked this and I am using the correct one. Any help please?

As it's integrated into the Sky Q box, you may need to give Sky a call.

Yeah I think that is the direction I am going to go in.. I did try chattign with someone, but other than flirting with me, she didnt help lol.. Thanks again
