i had a text from o2 my rewards was available to claim, text the number with claim for my £4 credit and instead of getting a top up of credit my credit on my phone went down £11.00 so now have not a lot of credit how will i get my credit back?

@Anonymous You will need to call customer service on 4445 & see if they will refund your credit as that shouldn’t have happened
