Solved: cant switch off voice mail

Hi when i dial 1760 all i get is a beep and I can not turn off my voicemail. I will be travelling tomorrowand I need to turn it off

Do you have Tugo installed?

If yes, you cannot turn off voicemail.

If no, dial ##002# SEND

At the moment you cannot deactivate voicemail if you have TuGo installed and you will just get the beep when calling 1760.

Hi,

If you don't have TuGo installed and are still having issues turning your voicemail off then ring o2 Customer Services on 202 for contract customers or 4445 for payg customers.
