Hi

i want to cancel my new car policy but due to covid when you phone up you are told to make any changes online but when you go to your account it says you have to phone up and speak to an advisor

any advice

You actually need to call 0330 018 8802 to cancel your o2 drive policy.

O2 Customer Services can’t help...

Also once your logged into the o2 drive portal their web chat service can help as well
