I recently went to purchas apple airpods from the o2 website, despite not being an o2 customer. I had entered all of my details but a screen popped up saying 'something went wrong' and the payment had been taken even though the order had not gone through. I contacted O2 who said to wait and see if I receive any confirmation within 24 hours and I had not (this is now a few days later). They then said to contact paypal, but they just said they couldn't do anything on their end. As i am not an o2 customer, i cannot ring 202. They have no answered my email, and when i try and ring, there is no option/ button to press on the call to ask about anything other than pay monthly/pay as you go contracts! Help
