Free Earbuds2 Pro code is showing as invalid

Hi, I finally recieved my text message with promo code for Galaxy Buds2 Pro for £1 but when I enter the it is showing as invalid. I read the post about this and it says if I haven't recieved another text by 4th December to get in touch. Thanks.
