Disney Plus

I want to cancel Disney Plus as it was a free extra and now I am being charged for it. I cannot see where to do this. There is no manage extras or cancellation option when I view it in my O2.

access to last years bills

I need access to my bills for April-Sept 2023 but, they are not available on O2 because I was switched from Virgin. I can't access virgin mobile anymore as it takes you straight to O2, so how do I get hold of my old bills?
