my very elderly Step-dad has been in and out of hospital for the last few weeks and during one of these transfers his mobile phone appears to have got lost. He is currently back in hospital with covid after being diagnosed with dementia a few weeks ago. I need to add a lost/stolen bar to his number whilst we continue to search for it, how do i do this when i cant get past security? I was asked for the digits from his memorable word, but i have no clue what his memorable word would be, and as he is in an isolation ward and suffers dementia, i am not in a position to ask him either (not sure he would even know in his current state)
