payment made but no payment confirmation

hiya, i have tried to start a contract with a new phone and payed for it on thursday 18th july i have not had any confirmation via email to say it has gone through correctly or to even say it is on it's way. just wanted to make sure theres been no mistakes as i'm aware of the IT outages recently.
