Phone update

My new contract on my second phone which is going to be paid monthly over 3years in addition I have a card payment pending for £50. This is an error in my opinion and should not be taken. I await your reply.

Resolved! Scam call

Received a scam call today from 0330 223 6757 pretending to be from O2 and at the same time received a text from O2 with a one time code. Assuming the scammers wanted the code but hung up. Called 202 to report but O2 call handler couldn’t explain why...

Does anbody know an email address for o2 customer services? I need to get in touch with them but "live chat", when it's on, is awful and I can't ring them as they make my blood boil when they just make stuff up so I have resolved only to communicate ...

Resolved! Order not updating

My order was confirmed over 48 hours ago. I have had absolutely no update on my phone and my order has not progressed at all, when it should be delivered today or tomorrow. I have contacted them via Twitter and have heard nothing back.
