hello, I have MASSIVE ISSUES with 02 and as you have probably experienced too their customer and in-branch service are useless.Did you manage to find their legal department's details?

Prepaid Mastercard scam

Has anyone else had difficulty receiving the prepaid reward card? I was told I was no longer eligible, even though there has been no changes on my account. I've been trying to contact o2 for a resolution for over 2 months and not getting a response.
