Hello, I just cancelled my subscription to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate which I paid via Charge to Mobile.
I was given a refund of £14.99 but how do I receive this? My latest bill for the last month is appearing in MyO2 so assuming this charge is set in stone.
Will I receive a refund to my bill next month?

Refunds usually go back to the payment method you use to pay your bill, @Luke2025 - typically by Direct Debit. The credit should show on the next bill, and you can request, in your MyO2, for any credit amount on your account to be refunded, if you don't have Direct Debit bank details registered you can register one as well in the Web version of MyO2:

Refunds to charge to Mobile can take upto a month depending on the vendor, and then it will show in myo2 as a credit.
Microsoft from experience take 7-14days to push it back to the payment provider..
I would speak to Microsoft just to make sure they have issued it.
