Why is O2's customer support so awful?

I can't speak to anybody - 35 minutes holding on with no response...

 

I can't raise anyone in the O2 online assistant area...

 

Is this a mechanism to prevent my request fior a PAC?

As a phone company I actually think they are pretty good. We were talking about customer support on this thread though....

I don't know about "wide" but it's not "sweeping" or "unsubstantiated" - you've only got to look at the number of threads compailning about poor customer service to realise that.

hi , I need to speak to an advisor, I cannot call out from my phone and O2 web 'help' page just gives me the runaround.. can you help , getting increasingly frustrated with this !

by the way the subject title was inherited from another thread , I just need to speak to an advisor and so posted on the other thread which somehow made a new thread and here we are
