I ordered Pixel Buds Pro Charcoal 5 weeks ago and paid in full straight away. The money has gone from my account but no buds have been received.
I can't see any way to track the order on my O2. What should I do next? This is unacceptable. I bought them for my wife's birthday as they were on offer and now I'm looking pretty stupid.

Have you received your order? I know o2 are having major issues with deliveries at the minute. I've been waiting 5 weeks for a phone upgrade, no eta/phone in sight!!

I have the same issue ordered Pixel buds Pro about 6 weeks ago money was taken immeadiatley from my account and still no sign of the buds,have spoken to O2 via chat on three occasions over the last 2 weeks and they are not able to give me a deliver date or when they are expecting stock apparently they were going to escalate it but have not hears anything back since terrible service
