I ordered Pixel Buds Pro Charcoal 5 weeks ago and paid in full straight away. The money has gone from my account but no buds have been received.
I can't see any way to track the order on my O2. What should I do next? This is unacceptable. I bought them for my wife's birthday as they were on offer and now I'm looking pretty stupid.
Please help!
