If I hadn't ordered something I would be worried beyond belief but they assured me nothing has changed. I will however be checking by the hour....

I never did find out why I got that random text asking me to call cs either - weird goings on with o2 lately!
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Yes but I had to call as the online process wouldn't accept the priority code.

Full story....I was in the pub on Monday and, like you do after a few sherbets, had this urge to treat myself and order the watch before I leave this land and my wife puts a stop to my spending on myself. So... get the priority code to order online as I'm too hissed to drive into town....invalid code!!

Go on, be a devil and use live chat. Went very well considering I was typing on the phone and seeing double letters on the keypad. Oberde (honest that was his/her name) assured me they could help by transferring the chat to a special department....yeah ok I know....

Anyway, Kurstine (:smileywink:) asked me for the code and promised they would send me a valid code to use online via email....Thoughful

As you guessed I was still waiting 48 hours later so I rang up this afternoon, again from the pub and expected to be told that Priority was instore only. But no, the young lady took the order after giving her the Priority code with no problem, very impressed. All done from the comfort of the bar stool slight_smile

Mind you it will no doubt be out of stock ......
