Not sure what issues you are having but we have a guide here Guide: Upgrading Your O2 Phone

You can also contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

Thanks

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

Or you can go to a reseller: affordablemobiles or mobilphonesdirect, to name but 2.

You do lose Refresh (separate Airtime and Device Plan) and any entitlement to Switch-Up or O2Open discount, but retain most of the other perks: Priority, etc.  And you'll probably save a tenner or more, depending how you cut it, monthly over 2 years.
