Upgrade with disneyplus as extra

I recueved a text to say i had not activated my disneyplus and have 7 days left to do this. But i am already watching disney plus. What is going on.

Yes this screen comes up but i didnt sign up for a free trail. Also on myo2 it is showing disneyplus as my extra. Cannot get speaking to anyone at o2 to explain this to me.

If you already have Disney+ as an extra and are able to watch it, that's all fine.

However, if you want to contact O2 to ask what it is you should be activating, then the numbers are in this guide
