I recueved a text to say i had not activated my disneyplus and have 7 days left to do this. But i am already watching disney plus. What is going on.

Yes this screen comes up but i didnt sign up for a free trail. Also on myo2 it is showing disneyplus as my extra. Cannot get speaking to anyone at o2 to explain this to me.
