Unlocking Phone

Hi I need help unlocking my phone. I had a pay monthly contract that has now ended. I have my IMEI number but cant find where to ge the unlock code from online. Can anyone help please?

For me it's more to do with the fact the KB guides are updated and current....so as soon as they go live they should replace the outdated ones in the Index of Help guides. Running two guides about the same thing is confusing (particularly when one is out of date ) I can't see the point in that...

I'm talking generally rather than this particular topic.Some of the guides are out of date and written by people who no longer contribute.

Completely OT for this thread but I agree.
Any guides should be regularly updated for relevance and the idea of the KB is so that any member can do that - once the system is running properly.
Although that seems to have changed now since they went blog post style!?

I pm Martin about this one Toby, but when the KB was first launched we could submit edits directly from the article. This option has gone now?
