Two free days

Because O2 dropped out I received a text message from them saying that I was going to be credited withtwo free days. That is not appearing on my current bill. Why not?

The message says the 2 days will be credited to your account in January.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
