Travel Bolt Ons for Asia

Hi all!

I pay for a bolt on that gives me data usage in most of North/South America and Australia, but I was wondering if there was a bolt on available for countries in South East Asia? Particularly Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam and Cambodia.

It is better for Data in SE Asia to buy a local sim card, in the PH I can recommend SMART.
