Switching Voicemail Off

Hello. Hoping someone may be able to help. I've been trying to switch off my voicemail. I've rung 1760 several times but each time it's says unable to do it.

Does anyone know what I would need to try to do this?

You need to switch off wifi calling in My  O2

try then

If that doesn't work you need to call O2
