How do I claim my free samsung active watch that comes with my upgrade?

If it follows the same format as previously you will be emailed a claim code and instructions after 14 days.

I had a call from o2 saying I could have a phone which I took up at the end of 2019 and they would send me the watch and a phone case aswell. I've had the case but nothing about the watch. I also have no paperwork to prove I got the phone in the period for the free watch. Do I still need to send in the details for the watch or just wait and hope for the best.
