I have purchased a Samsung galaxy watch on 4G, I want to set it up with my 02 account, but it is asking for a QR code

You can only connect a Galaxy watch via Bluetooth currently.

O2 do not yet support eSim for it.

There should be one on the box your watch came in. You need to scan it with your phone.
