Trying to contact someone on live chat to discuss and upgrade as want to see
What they can offer me. I cannot find it anywhere going crazy and getting frustrated,,

Live chat is very intermittent and offline now.

You can check your upgrade options in My O2, calling O2 or going instore.

Live chat popped up here earlier when I was browsing https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/sim-cards/sim-only-deals#deviceType=phone&contractLength=P12M
