Hi,
I moved over to O2 on Wednesday but am unable to get my O2 sim card to work in the subject matter phone.
I've ported over OK as I am using the sim card in an old unlocked phone but I am being told conflicting things by both O2 and Vodafone. When I insert the new sim card into my phone it is requesting a PUK code which every time I insert it I'm being advised is unsuccessful. O2 have advised that the phone is still locked to vodafone and they need to unlock it. Vodafone have told me that the phone is unlocked which doesn't sound right as I've used 3 different providers sim cards in the phone and not one has asked for an unlocking code.
Any advice as I've been going round in circles for 3 days now. Thanks in advance

A PUK code means the sim is locked, so you need to use the PUK Code.
If its invalid then you need a new sim card, and then get o2 to do a sim swap, as it sounds like the Sim is corrupt.
You will need to get this from customer services; If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
