Hi @Alev - not sure what the issue is, but it seems you ordered a SIM pack and it has not yet arrived?
These deliveries may have been delayed by the reduced postal service over the dates 24-29-Dec, so keep an eye out over the next day or two for your delivery from Royal Mail.
