Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 did an up date and now I can't get in to it. It says "sim card is PUK locked" I have been on Myo2 and went through the unlock procedure and it sent me 2 texts...To the phone that is locked! as a security check. I can't view them obviously. Can anyone help please....

Hi, Thank you for the suggestions. Unfortunately the link for unblock your phone didn't work, as this asks for your phone number so they can send you a text. Which you can't answer because your phones sim is PUK locked. I tried face book but didn't get a response. Finally I phoned them. I was one hold for over an hour. When I did get through, I explained the situation and they gave me my PUK number over the phone. My Phone is now working and all is well.
